Clean pool. Lots of different activities. A little intimidating if you're not used to gyms but the people here are so kind, compassionate, and patient. I've not been shown such kindness since I've moved to CA 7 years ago.

I’m so happy I found them! As a sliver sneakers member, I had given up trying to find a place that actually worked with me. All other places will sign you up and you are on your own after signing not at valley fitness they actually have classes that work at my level and I have more strength and endurance also my balance has increased.

Great affordable gym with squash courts and lots of cardio and weight machines along with free weights. Came here for a day pass and have been working out all week while in town, friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve been a member of this location for over ten years, I’ve seen many gym franchises move in over the course. I grew up around this gym back when it was the handball club and my dad used to take me to the daycare center inside. I say this to express how much this location means to me. I love this gym and I think it’s the best location in the valley. However, I understand they’ve recently lost their management team and unfortunately I’m seeing how quickly things are slipping through the cracks. Please do not let this place that’s a second home to many paying members go to waste. We need a strong management and maintenance team to keep this place in top shape. I would absolutely hate to leave this gym, but if the bugs, vandalism and locker rooms can’t be kept under control I will have to cancel my membership 😔

Kelly the manager & Dani are always very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you for keeping the gym super clean and all your staff trained friendly and professional. I highly recommend this gym. Great prices, fun environment, many different machines, and just overall a solid gym. Thanks Kelly & Dani, you gals ROCK. -

Am having a great time at Valley Fitness Maroa. I really enjoy the water aerobics in their outdoor heated pool. It's very clean and well kept. I also enjoy the women's only sauna. Everything is clean and orderly and the front desk staff are very hospitable and attentive. Very peaceful and welcoming place.

I absolutely love coming to Valley Fitness! The gym is always so nice and clean! The GM Brooks is always very professional and I actually feel safe as a woman being in the gym! I know Brooks will handle any kind of issues i have there. He is always on top of it. I know I will come back here again and again!
